लोक सेवा आयोगले संगठित संस्थानतर्फको पूर्व–योग्यता (Pre-Qualifying) परीक्षा प्रणालीलाई यस वर्ष अझ व्यवस्थित र छिटो बनाउने गरी तयारी तीव्र पारेको छ। आयोगको आन्तरिक कार्ययोजना अनुसार प्रारम्भिक रूपमा जेठ–असारभित्र प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउने र अधिकतम श्रावणसम्म विज्ञापन प्रकाशित गर्ने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ भने परीक्षा सञ्चालन र नतिजा प्रकाशन असोज महिनाभित्रै सम्पन्न गर्ने गरी काम भइरहेको छ।

यस विषयमा हालै आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा आयोगका अध्यक्षले नै “श्रावणसम्म विज्ञापन, असोजभित्र परीक्षा र नतिजा” सार्वजनिक गर्ने लक्ष्यसहित आयोग अघि बढिरहेको स्पष्ट उल्लेख गर्नुभएको थियो। अध्यक्षको यस अभिव्यक्तिलाई आधार मान्दा यस वर्षको पूर्व–योग्यता परीक्षा प्रक्रिया छिटो र समयमै सम्पन्न हुने संकेत देखिन्छ। यसले लामो समयदेखि विज्ञापनको प्रतीक्षामा रहेका हजारौं अभ्यर्थीलाई राहत दिने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।

गत वर्ष आयोगले चौथो तहका संगठित संस्थानहरूका लागि पहिलो पटक पूर्व–योग्यता परीक्षा प्रणाली लागू गरेको थियो। उक्त प्रणाली सकारात्मक रूपमा कार्यान्वयन भएपछि पाँचौँ तहको पाठ्यक्रमसमेत सार्वजनिक भइसकेको छ भने छैठौँ तहको पाठ्यक्रम पनि छिट्टै प्रकाशन हुने तयारीमा रहेको जनाइएको छ। यसबाट आयोगले क्रमशः सबै तहमा पूर्व–योग्यता प्रणाली विस्तार गर्ने रणनीति लिएको स्पष्ट हुन्छ।

अब संगठित संस्थानअन्तर्गतका १०६ वटा संस्थानमा खुल्ने अप्राविधिक (Non-Technical) पदहरू पूर्व–योग्यता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरेका अभ्यर्थीबाट मात्र पूर्ति गरिने व्यवस्था प्रभावकारी रूपमा लागू हुने बताइएको छ। अर्थात् पूर्व–योग्यता प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त नगरेसम्म ती पदहरूमा आवेदन दिन नपाइने व्यवस्था रहनेछ। यसले प्रतिस्पर्धालाई व्यवस्थित, पारदर्शी र गुणस्तरीय बनाउने लक्ष्य लिएको छ।

लोक सेवा आयोगको नयाँ कार्यशैलीले छनोट प्रक्रिया छोटो समयमै सम्पन्न गर्ने, दोहोरो प्रक्रिया हटाउने तथा योग्य परीक्षार्थी छनोटलाई प्रभावकारी बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। त्यसैले सबै तयारीरत परीक्षार्थीहरूलाई समयमै अध्ययन योजना बनाएर निरन्तर तयारीमा जुट्न आग्रह गरिएको छ। विशेष गरी पूर्व–योग्यता प्रणाली लागू भइसकेकाले अब प्रतिस्पर्धा अझ व्यवस्थित र कठोर हुने अनुमान गरिएको छ।

Lok Sewa Aayog Pre Qualifying Exam 2026 is being planned with advertisement by Shrawan and completion of exam and results within Asoj, according to the commission’s recent internal roadmap.

The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog Nepal) has intensified preparations for the Pre-Qualifying Examination under organized institutions. According to the commission’s internal planning, the advertisement process is expected to be completed by Shrawan, while examinations and final results are targeted to be published within Asoj.

Providing further confirmation, the Chairperson of the commission recently stated during a public program that the goal is clear: “Advertisement by Shrawan, and both examination and results within Asoj.” This official statement serves as strong proof that the commission is working with a defined timeline to complete the entire recruitment cycle within a short period.

Last year, the commission introduced the Fourth Level Pre-Qualifying Examination system for organized institutions for the first time. Following its structured implementation, the Fifth Level syllabus has already been published, and the Sixth Level syllabus is expected to be released soon. This indicates the commission’s strategic plan to gradually expand the pre-qualification system across multiple levels.

Under this system, non-technical vacancies across 106 organized institutions will only be filled by candidates who have passed the pre-qualifying examination. Without the pre-qualification certificate, candidates will not be eligible to apply for such vacancies. The objective is to streamline recruitment, enhance transparency, and ensure merit-based competition.

With advertisement by Shrawan and both examination and results within Asoj, aspirants are strongly advised to begin systematic and focused preparation immediately. The new structured timeline signals a faster, more transparent, and competitive recruitment process ahead.
